Dividend Distribution 2021 of Trias Sentosa (IDX: TRST)

Based on the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on (AGMS) held on 5 August 2021, PT Trias Sentosa Tbk. (IDX: TRST) has agreed to distribute its earnings of 2020 as dividends with the total amount of IDR28 billion. Thus, every shareholder will receive a dividend of IDR10 per share.

Besides distributing its earnings as dividends, the Company has also agreed to use IDR1 billion of its earnings as a mandatory reserve and retained the remaining amounts to strengthen its equities. During 2020, the Company recorded total revenue of IDR2.99 trillion (+16.59% yoy) and a net income of IDR74.76 billion (+62.69% yoy).

The schedule for dividends' distribution are as follows:

1. Cum dividend for regular and negotiation market: 16 August 2021;
2. Ex-dividend date for regular and negotiation market: 18 August 2021;
3. Cum dividend for regular and negotiation market: 19 August 2021;
4. Ex-dividend date for regular and negotiation market: 20 August 2021;
5. Recording date for those entitled to the dividend: 19 August 2021; and
6. Dividend payment date: 9 September 2021.

At the opening trade session today, 9 August 2021, TRST was traded at a level IDR540 per share. Therefore the dividend yield of TRST is 1,85%.
